Is my eBay account safe?
Yes. Snap2Sell uses eBay's official API — the same secure connection used by big sellers like MusicMagpie and Ziffit. When you connect your account, you're logging into eBay's own website, not ours. We receive a limited token that only allows us to create listings on your behalf. We cannot access your money, change your password, or view your personal details. You can revoke access at any time from your eBay settings.
How accurate is the AI?
It's very good at items with clear labels and packaging — games, DVDs, books, electronics, and branded clothing. For unusual or unbranded items, it might need a bit of help. You can always edit the title, price, and description before listing. Every time you correct it, the AI learns and gets better.
Do I need to be technical to use it?
Not at all. If you can take a photo with your phone, you can use Snap2Sell. No settings to configure, no categories to learn, no technical knowledge needed. Open the app, take a photo, and review what we've suggested. That's it.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your existing eBay listings stay live — they're yours. You keep everything. No lock-in, no hassle.
